Refund policy

We currently only offer exchanges or store credit on our shaper vests

We offer one FREE exchange within the same product (Different size or color).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Unfortunately because of sanitary reasons butt lifters panties, buttlifter shorts and  faja body shapers are not refundable nor returnable.  We carefully try to help our customers choose the right size.  

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

 

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Received the "wrong item or incorrect items" they MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery.  You will need to upload a photo evidencing the incorrect or wrong item for the request to be approved.
